Q: Can I rent a towel?
A: No but you can buy a hand towel from reception.
Q: Can I refer a friend?
A: Yes! You can refer a friend.
Q: Do you do any gift cards?
A: Yes! We offer gift cards which can be valid for any type of membership or classes!
Q: Do you have a sauna or steam room?
A: We offer both, just ask reception to turn both on so they’re ready for you after your class or gym session. If you’re coming in just to use them, give us a call so they’re nice and warm.
Q: Is there disabled access?
A: There is a lift which disabled users can use to access the changing room facilities.
Q: How do I register my car into the parking eye system, so I don’t get fined?
A: If you are a gym member give your number plate into reception so that you’re on the parking eye system. Day visits, cards or individuals using upstairs facilities (e.g. cryotherapy) will need to enter their car registration for 2 hours free parking.
Q: Can I make a payment in cash?
A: Cash payments are accepted at Clitheroe Leisure!
Q: I’m having issues with the app, what should I do?
A: Don’t worry! When you next come to visit us let a member of staff know at reception, and they will try their best to help you.
Q: Do I need to fill in any forms before joining?
A: Yes, you will need to fill out a screening form, this is to make sure everyone is safe when using the gym.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes! All screening forms and personal information is filed away safe behind the desk.
Q: What’s the parking like at the leisure centre?
A: There are plenty of parking spaces available for those wanting to enter the leisure centre, for those on day visits or cards, simply enter your registration plate into one of the machines located in reception for 2-hour free parking.
Q: Are there lockers available?
A: There’s plenty of lockers available for use in both the men and women’s changing room, simply take a key from reception and return it when you leave.
Q: What changing facilities do you have?
A: There’s a men’s and women’s changing rooms available with showers, toilets, lockers, sinks and hairdryers.
Q: Do you offer single day visits?
A: Yes! We offer day visits for £6 and £5 for students.
Q: What does off-peak mean?
A: Off peak hours are 9am – 3pm. Not including weekends.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Weekday opening hours are 6am-9pm. Saturdays 8-4 and Sundays 9-3.
