Our classes are a popular way to stay fit, healthy and a great way to help improve your general wellbeing. We offer a wide variety of classes and is a great way to get involved if starting your new fitness journey.

Over 60 classes a week - Members and Non-Members welcome which is why we are here for everyone with a busy live!
Anything from HITT sessions, to spin sessions, to calm and relaxing Pilates in our three exercise studios, whatever you enjoy we have it and we are sure you'll keep coming back! Our classes are a great way to increase your motivation, stamina and make lots of new friends.

30 minutes - £6. 45 minutes - £7. 60 minutes - £9.

Cardio Studio
We promise you will find the right class for you in our downstairs studio, with a variety of Les Mills BodyPump & BodyCombat, Circuits, Top-To-Toe, to many more. Thanks to the encouragement of our instructors we are sure your cardio fitness, weight loss and muscle will be positive benefits for you! Our classes are never the same keeping you on your toes and making sure you never get bored!

Well-being Studio
It's time to relax and unwind in our upstairs wellbeing studio. Here you can improve your core and flexibility, calm the mind and improve your posture. We offer a variety of classes such as Pilates, Les Mills BodyBalance, Sports Stretch & TRX in the wellbeing studio. You might leave relaxed and recharges, but you feel the benefits of a strong core workout in any of our classes! Our instructors are here to help guide and encourage you to take you out of your comfort zone.

Spin Studio
Time to experience the hardest spin class of your life, with a variety of 30 & 45 minute classes classes that are available everyday of the week. Our spin classes are the most popular as we have a purposed built spin studio with top of the range bikes by Stages Cycling. Are you a really passionate road biker then you defiantly need to try our classes when we have a rainey day in the Ribble Valley. Our instructors include sprints, climb, jumps & more, so be prepared that our classes include flashing lights and loud music to help get you motivated!
